131 Hard Works

In the aftermath of the October War, the story follows Shehta, a street vendor who returns from Port Said. Upon his return, he finds himself accused of murdering his friend Sayed, whose body is discovered under suspicious circumstances. Determined to clear his name, Shehta enlists the help of his former army companion, Meshmesh, as they navigate the challenges of proving his innocence.

The film features a cast that includes Sabrien, Nagah El-Mogui, Mohamed Wafiq, Salah Abdallah, Abd Allah Meshref, and Magda Zaki. With its focus on dramatic storytelling and character relationships, 131 Hard Works offers a glimpse into societal struggles and personal redemption.
