In 13th Sign, twelve contestants believe they are competing for a million dollars on a new reality TV show. Instead, they find themselves drugged and imprisoned in a chamber below a slaughterhouse, trapped in a nightmare that unfolds as they confront their worst fears.

The sinister plot reveals that they are part of a ritual orchestrated by the Devil and his Fallen Angels. As they face brutal torture and dismemberment, the stakes are raised to a supernatural level with the goal of unleashing hell on earth by December 21, 2012.
