3 Ninjas has that offbeat charm typical of early '90s family films. It's a mash-up of martial arts, comedy, and adventure, with three brothers taking cues from their martial arts grandpa. The performances of the young cast are earnest, and there's a certain quirky vibe throughout. The training scenes are fun, showing off some practical effects that, while not flawless, add to its charm. The pacing is a bit uneven, which you might find nostalgic if you grew up watching films like this. It’s definitely a product of its time, with a soundtrack that captures that era's feel. You can’t help but appreciate the low-budget creativity on display here.
