465 is an interesting piece in the horror genre, really has this creeping atmosphere that lingers. The plot revolves around a doctor whose colleagues meet their end in, let's say, rather peculiar ways. The protagonist's struggle with his own mind adds a layer of psychological tension. You can feel the unease build as the mystery of the recurring woman in his thoughts unfolds. Pacing’s a bit uneven, which might put some off, but it kind of works for the tension. Practical effects are decent; they don’t overshadow the storyline. You get a sense of isolation in that ancestral house, and the performances carry a weight that draws you in, even if it can be a tad melodramatic at times.
Psychological horror with a focus on isolation.Uneven pacing may divide viewers.Practical effects enhance the atmosphere.
