The film follows Bowl and Noodle, two idle high school students portrayed by Kenny Kwan and Steven Cheung. As they navigate through their daily struggles, they encounter various menaces, including a neighborhood bully and a persistent policeman.

In their quest for fame and fortune, they inadvertently join a small-time gang led by Ganker, played by Michael Chan. This leads them to a gangster conference where they receive an unexpected mission that promises both risk and reward.
