A Child of Silent

The story centers on Su-a, a young girl who is trapped in a studio apartment, physically restrained and suffering from the effects of abuse. Despite her dire situation, she shows remarkable strength and does not cry, reflecting the psychological trauma she endures.

The plot thickens when her aunt, Soon-im, visits and realizes that Su-a's mother has been absent for over ten days. Soon-im's determination to rescue her niece from this abusive environment drives the narrative forward. This film presents a poignant exploration of family ties and the lengths one will go to protect loved ones.
