Set against the backdrop of a catastrophic event in March 2020, A Pencil to the Jugular presents a gripping narrative of young individuals facing immense challenges. The story follows Libra, who contemplates a leap from a high building, while Razor resorts to drug dealing to fund his escape back to the Philippines. Amanda, a survivor of assault, Ying, who arrives from China, and Lit Phil, a runaway, further illustrate the tumultuous experiences of these characters.
