A Special Unit

In May 1941, Andrei Dyomushkin, a young instructor with the Komsomol Regional Committee, is invited to the graduation party of the Moscow Theatre School to establish a professional theatre in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. However, the onset of war alters his plans drastically. As he and a group of graduates are thrust into the chaos of battle, Dyomushkin becomes the commander of the front acting fraternity within the army known as "A Special Unit."
