A Thousand to One

The film follows William Newlands, who, after marrying the wealthy Beatrice, finds himself in a dire situation when their honeymoon train derails. While Beatrice nurses mine owner Steven Crawford back to health, Newlands escapes the wreck and decides to reinvent himself, working incognito at the Crawford mine.
