A Twig in the Wind

In this film, Varya Berezina faces significant changes in her life following her high school graduation. With her parents divorcing and her grandmother questioning her purpose, Varya's journey leads her to the city to stay with her sister. There, she encounters Vissarion Arkadyevich, a doctor who becomes a pivotal figure in her life.

As Varya tries to adjust to her new environment, she grapples with her ambitions and the challenges of adulthood. Despite lacking the necessary documents and knowledge to enter the institute, she finds work at a hospital, allowing her to connect with Vissarion and the people around her. The film captures Varya's struggles and growth as she ultimately returns to her village, reflecting on her experiences and the relationships that have shaped her journey.
