A World For Two

The story follows journalist Kawase aboard a passenger ship to Japan. He suspects a man claiming to be Filipino is actually Hojo Shuichi, a murder suspect who fled Japan fifteen years prior. To mislead Kawase, the man persuades a female passenger, Reiko, to pretend they are long-time friends. As the plot thickens, Reiko becomes enamored with Hojo and joins Kawase in a quest to find him.

Meanwhile, Hojo has returned to Japan with a mission to uncover the true murderer before the statute of limitations on his case expires.
