Accident Property Kuroyuriso

The film follows Chiyako Hara, who has recently moved into a rural apartment. She learns from her manager, Hagura, that her new home has only one resident. However, the situation takes a dark turn when a mysterious woman dressed in black, claiming to be her neighbor, pays her a visit.

As the story unfolds, Chiyako's younger sister Miori becomes worried about the peculiar neighbor and seeks help from her senior, Kano. Together, they uncover the unsettling truth behind Chiyako's apartment, which was once the site of a murder.
