Aconite

Set in 1590, Aconite revolves around a ruling by the Diet of Augsburg that deemed gypsies as the spawn of Satan, leading to a brutal campaign against them. This historical backdrop serves as the foundation for the film's horror elements, as the church organizes assassins to eliminate the gypsy population. Unbeknownst to these religious killers, the gypsies have secured protection from a powerful werewolf clan.
