Adam and Alma

The film follows a businessman who returns to his father's apple orchard to sell it and resolve his financial troubles. However, he discovers that the orchard is not deserted; it is home to people who are fighting to protect the Almaty airport, as well as the memories and ghosts of his own past. This narrative highlights the complexities of personal and collective histories, set in a culturally rich Kazakh context.
