The film follows the tragic story of Deep Narayan, a wealthy man whose life is cut short by his greedy brother Anugraha. Unbeknownst to Anugraha, Deep's wife, Shree, is pregnant at the time of his death. After Deep's passing, Shree gives birth to a son, Pradip, who eventually takes over the family business and falls in love with Shikha.

As the plot unfolds, shocking revelations surface regarding the characters’ true identities. Pradip learns he is not Shree's biological son, while Shikha discovers she is actually Shree’s daughter. The film's emotional climax reveals the sacrifices made by Deep's employee, Mr. Sridhar, who ultimately dies saving Pradip, intertwining the fates of the families involved.
