Amalock

The film centers on Yuko, a 39-year-old woman who finds herself at a crossroads after her career ambitions lead to unexpected consequences. After losing her job due to her high standards, she retreats to her family home in Amagasaki City, where she lives with her father, Ryutaro, in a NEET lifestyle. This setup brings a major change when her father brings home Saki, a 20-year-old bride-to-be, sparking a clash of generations and attitudes.

As Yuko grapples with her new living situation, the dynamics between her, her father, and Saki create comedic and poignant moments.
