Apathy

The story follows Akif, a young man caught in a web of family dysfunction and economic hardship. His illiterate parents, Ahmet and Elnara, pull him from school to find work, leading to a connection with his drug-addicted uncle, Azer, who attempts to provide him with a job in car repair. The family's struggles are compounded by the presence of Elnara's brother, Mansur, who has taken refuge with them to escape his own financial burdens.
