In Araf 3: Cinler Kitabı, a young woman named Nihal is on a desperate mission to rescue her brother, Arda, who has been captured by a powerful devil worshiper. Despite her efforts to seek help from doctors and spiritual teachers, Nihal finds herself at a dead end. The discovery of a book called Kitabü'l Azazil, which contains potent spells, offers a glimmer of hope.

Nihal enlists the help of her lover and two friends to perform a spell from the book in hopes of freeing Arda. Their efforts lead to success, but the consequences are dire as they inadvertently unleash powerful demons.
