Bad Dreams

In Bad Dreams, a boy's nighttime fears manifest when he believes something has escaped from the cellar. The story escalates as a deformed face frightens him, and this nightmare resurfaces in the consciousness of an adult man while he shaves. The man’s introspection leads him to contemplate the consequences of his actions, particularly how many cuts it would take to bleed to death. His thoughts turn dark as he considers his guest locked in the cellar, who also needs a shave.
