The narrative follows Bica, a young girl struggling with solvent abuse as she navigates the challenges of life on the streets. After being separated from her infant brother, she finds herself in Germany, hidden in a car trunk. There, she is coerced into a life of petty theft, picking pockets to support her patron's needs.

The story takes a turn when Bica encounters Milka, the daughter of one of her victims. Their unexpected friendship offers Bica a glimpse of a different life, one filled with material security, though lacking emotional connections. Set against the gritty backdrop of Düsseldorf and Bucharest, Beautiful Bitch provides a raw look at the complexities of urban survival.
