This short film is the second in the Believe It or Not series, showcasing Robert L. Ripley as he sorts through his vast amount of mail. Ripley received around one million pieces of mail annually, making him one of the most corresponded individuals of his time.

The film presents a variety of uniquely addressed envelopes, including one in Morse code and another in Hebrew. There's even an envelope utilizing the naval flag code and one that plays on a clever pun involving Robert E. Lee. The short concludes with a U.S. marshal entering Ripley's office to arrest him, adding a humorous twist to the narrative. This entry, like its predecessor, is part of the Vitaphone series, specifically Vitaphone No. 1038.
