Besieged City

The film follows Ling-Kit Ho, a student in Tin Shui Wai who seeks to escape his troubled life. He is burdened with the responsibility of caring for his mentally ill mother while contending with his father's alcoholism and gambling addiction. Ling-Kit's younger brother Chun-Kit has fled the family, having faced bullying and abuse, leaving Ling-Kit to grapple with feelings of guilt and helplessness.

Besieged City combines the elements of drama and action, depicting the harsh realities of its characters' lives. The narrative focuses on the impact of familial dysfunction and the struggles faced by those living in a challenging environment.
