In the summer of 1969, four friends embarked on a raft journey down two rivers in Portugal, aiming to reach Lisbon. This event is revisited forty years later when the son of one of the original participants transforms the story into a book of poems, linking it to the rich tradition of Portuguese travel literature from the 16th and 17th centuries.

The film captures the reenactment of this journey, blending the past and present as the friends set out once again on the water. Accompanying them is the filmmaker brother, who documents the experience, showcasing both the physical journey and the recitation of texts inspired by their adventure. With a runtime of 70 minutes, Bibliografia presents a unique blend of documentary and drama that reflects on friendship, literature, and the enduring connection to history.
