Biophobia

The story follows André, a middle-aged rocker who is both decadent and forgotten. He is haunted by the memory of his mother, a once-renowned writer who takes her own life as her independence fades due to a degenerative disease. André's weekend visit to her country house becomes a journey of introspection as he confronts his failures and attempts to shed the burdens of his past.

As he clears out the remnants of his mother's life, André faces his own inability to establish himself as an adult. The isolation of the house, surrounded by dense bush, amplifies his depression and paranoia, fueled by alcohol. This descent into madness leads him to confront both his memories and the people around him, revealing the darker aspects of his psyche. Biophobia presents a gripping narrative that intertwines personal tragedy with the quest for artistic identity.
