The film centers on Dr. Kenan, a successful psychiatrist portrayed by Teoman Kumbaracıbaşı. When one of his former patients commits suicide and leaves behind a mysterious note, Kenan becomes the center of a media frenzy, labeled as "Dr. Don Juan." This incident thrusts him into a criminal investigation, where his character is scrutinized. Despite the turmoil, he maintains his integrity and is cleared of any wrongdoing.

As the narrative unfolds, Kenan starts to connect with women facing various psychological challenges outside of his professional life. His interest in their struggles leads him to engage with them on a personal level, seeking to understand their conditions such as schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. However, his desire to observe and experiment with these women brings unexpected consequences, highlighting the thin line between professional boundaries and personal involvement.
