The practical effects are decent, adding a nice touch to the otherwise tense setting. I found the pacing to be a bit uneven at times, but it kind of works in building suspense. The performances, especially the lead, bring a raw intensity that matches the film's themes about control and isolation. It’s not your run-of-the-mill space flick, that's for sure.
