The film follows DD and Chinna, two characters raised in an orphanage. They aim to honor their caretaker, Saraswatamma, by starting a pulihora center, but they need to raise 7 lacs. In a bid to earn the money, DD joins a mafia gang, illustrating the lengths one might go to fulfill a dream.

Parallel to their story, Pragati, the daughter of a billionaire politician, runs a charity organization. She discovers that her father is complicit in the wrongful land acquisition from farmers. To help them, her friend devises a self-kidnap plan to secure 4 crores as ransom. However, chaos ensues when DD and Chinna mistakenly kidnap her during the attempted self-kidnapping. The narrative unfolds with both parties realizing their missions intertwine, creating a mix of action, comedy, and romance.
