Bozuk Para

The plot centers on Sezai, a novelist seeking a vacation from his burnout syndrome. His plan to cash in his collection of loose change leads to trouble when he discovers much of it is counterfeit, resulting in his imprisonment. After escaping, he encounters Kazım, the leader of a group of beggars, who offers Sezai a new purpose by asking him to write stories for them, including for his stepdaughter Işıl.

Bozuk Para explores themes of misfortune and resilience in a comedic setting. It offers a unique perspective on the life of an educated man thrust into a world far from his own.
