Bread and Salt

The film follows Tymek, a student at the Warsaw University of Music, as he returns to his provincial town for vacation. He reunites with his mother, younger brother, and childhood friends, only to find himself in the midst of rising tensions in the community. The kebab bar, a new gathering spot for local youth, serves as the backdrop for conflicts between the local boys and the workers from the Arabian kebab shop.

In addition to its narrative, Bread and Salt touches on serious social issues such as hate speech and discrimination.
