Burning Peony

The story follows the Flower King Yaojun, who is violently killed at the Hundred Flowers Banquet, sparking a series of tragedies among the immortals. The white peony fairy seeks the truth at the temple atop Kunlun Mountain, Yunyandu, where she encounters the evil god king. As winter blossom approaches, the fairy battles against divine punishment while developing a complicated relationship with the god king, who transforms into a divine beast to protect her from celestial calamities.

The narrative deepens as Bai Peony discovers a striking resemblance between herself and the mysterious owner of Yunyandu, revealing a connection to the god king. As the plot unfolds, the true culprit behind the chaos at the banquet begins to emerge, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation.
