In Caged, Stella breaks free from years of repression and embraces her desires, adopting the persona of a 'unicorn'—a term for single women who engage in a hedonistic lifestyle. As she attends sex clubs and erotic parties, her husband becomes aware of her secret life, offering her the freedom she seeks while hoping it is merely a phase.

However, Stella's journey takes a dark turn when she wakes up unconscious in a basement cell, leading to a harrowing experience. In this confined space, she meets Christine, another woman who shares her story, and together they try to make sense of their captivity. The film raises questions about the consequences of living a life unrestrained by societal norms and the dangers that can arise from it.
