Calvento Files: The Movie

The film presents two gripping episodes from an investigative crime show. The first episode, Balintuwad, tells the story of a fifteen-year-old girl with epilepsy who is sexually assaulted and drowned by a group of unknown men. As the case unfolds, shocking revelations about the suspects, who are schoolteachers, come to light.

The second episode, Inay, May Momo, follows a young mother whose life is turned upside down when her husband is killed by her lover. As she seeks justice for her husband's murder, she faces threats from the perpetrator, who tries to intimidate her into dropping the charges against him. Both episodes explore the darker side of human nature and the struggles faced by the victims' families in their pursuit of justice.
