In the spring of 2008, car wash workers in Los Angeles formed the Carwash Workers Organizing Committee of the United Steelworkers, aiming to unionize an industry marked by exploitation. Most workers are undocumented migrants from Central America, driven by their aspirations as they navigate life in the city.

This experimental documentary, shot on Super 8 film, captures the intersection of immigration and labor in a city dominated by vehicles and the people who maintain them. It offers a thought-provoking commentary on class and the dynamics of work in today's society.
