Cena is an interesting piece, really. A night unfolds with a group of thirteen characters trapped in a single room, which adds this claustrophobic tension that really drives the drama. The dialogue is key—each character reveals layers of their own psyche while navigating their relationships and hidden agendas. You can feel the atmosphere thickening as the night progresses, almost suffocating at times. There’s a raw edge to the performances that brings that tension to life, which I found compelling. It’s not flashy; it relies on the strength of the script and the actors' ability to convey emotion in such a confined space. It’s a character study, a psychological exploration, and it definitely has a unique pacing that keeps you engaged despite the lack of physical movement.
