Chnchik

The film follows an innocent girl in a village who faces ridicule from her family and community due to her behavior. Called Chnchik, a term meaning stupid, she endures the laughter and shame of those around her. Despite these hardships, she remains resilient, working alone to herd goats in the mountains, away from the negativity of village life.

A turning point occurs when she meets a soldier isolated during training. Their brief encounter blossoms into a moment of compassion and love, providing a stark contrast to her experiences of bullying. This dreamlike connection on a midsummer day sets off a series of changes in her life, highlighting the impact of fleeting relationships amidst adversity.
