So, Colt 45 is kind of an interesting blend of action and character study. You've got Vincent Miles, a gunsmith who's not into the fieldwork, which sets up this tension for the whole movie. It's got this gritty atmosphere, like you can feel the weight of the decisions he makes. The pacing feels deliberate, letting you sit with Vincent's internal struggle. Then there's Milo, this enigmatic cop who changes everything. Their dynamic, and how it unfolds, really adds layers to the story. The practical effects are solid, too, giving the action a raw, authentic feel. Overall, it’s a film that explores themes of duty and choice, which I think is what makes it stick in your mind.
