Congkak

The film follows Kazman, who purchases a bungalow for his family, despite his wife Sufiah's fears. As they settle in, Sufiah begins to feel a presence watching her, while their daughter Lisa mysteriously plays the traditional game of congkak at night with an unseen companion.

Sufiah's anxiety escalates when she throws the congkak into the lake, only to be haunted by the sounds of the game being played again. The plot thickens when Lisa goes missing, prompting the family's search for her with the aid of Pak Tua, the oldest resident in the area. Congkak combines elements of traditional horror with cultural nuances, making it a significant entry in the genre.
