Crabs in the Air

The film follows Ivan, a 26-year-old entangled in a long-standing toxic relationship with his partner, Isaac, who is 28. After a heated argument, Ivan decides to leave everything behind in the middle of the night, seeking shelter and solace far from home. He grapples with his choices as he navigates the challenges of finding a place to sleep, and the fear of returning to Isaac’s apartment only to face unanswered questions.

As the story unfolds, Ivan reconnects with his past through a party invitation from his old friend, Eric, while accompanied by his current boyfriend, Gus. The dynamics of their open relationship surface, revealing tensions as well as moments of nostalgia. The night becomes a journey through Ivan's tumultuous past, culminating in a confrontation with the haunting memories that shape his present.
