Crack O' Dawn

The story follows the Thompson-Thorpe automobile, once a successful brand but now fractured due to disputes between its owners. Earle Thorpe Jr. unknowingly works for one of the owners, Henry Thompson, as a driver for an upcoming race. Meanwhile, Thompson employs crooked mechanics who intend to steal his designs and create their own winning vehicle.

Etta, Thompson's daughter, becomes integral to the plot as she teams up with Earle. Together, they aim to mend the rift between the two rival owners, Thompson and Thorpe Sr. Their goal is to combine the best elements of both automotive designs into a single, superior car. This film provides a unique glimpse into the early automotive industry and the drama that unfolded behind the scenes.
