Cuando el cielo es azul

The story follows Sofía, a recent arts graduate, who returns to Peru to find a painting featuring an angel. Her quest leads her to Machu Picchu, where she encounters Matías, a doctor who employs shamanic methods and hallucinogenic herbs in his rehabilitation work with drug addicts.

As Sofía and Matías develop a magical connection, they face challenges stemming from Matías's past with his ex-wife Amaru and Sofía's own peculiar experiences. The intricate blend of love, culture, and mysticism makes this film a unique exploration of human connections and healing within a fantastical framework.
