The film follows Henry, who is sent to Madrid by his Aunt Nati to start his medical practice after seven years of delay. Upon arriving, he chooses to live with his friend Mateo, a private detective, instead of conforming to his aunt's wishes. Henry's journey takes a turn when he is tasked with extending a death certificate for a widow he meets, leading him to uncover a mystery surrounding her deceased husband.

As Henry navigates this new world, the comedic elements arise from his interactions and the unexpected situations he finds himself in alongside Mateo.
