Cybermaster: Shepherd II

Set in a future where Earth's surface may be habitable again, Cybermaster: Shepherd II follows Dakota and her allies as they confront a tyrant named Miles. Determined to maintain his grip on the underground cities, Miles launches nuclear weapons to keep the surface uninhabitable. Dakota must find a way to stop him and reclaim the surface for humanity.
