DAU. New Man

The film follows Maxim and his comrades as they engage in covert experiments aimed at creating a new type of person. The atmosphere in the Institute is rife with the vices that Maxim despises, including alcoholism and a loss of ideals.

Vika, a waitress at the Institute's cafeteria, becomes romantically involved with Maxim, despite her concerns about his interest in eugenics and violent behavior.
