DAU. Three Days

The film takes place in 1956 and follows Dau, a distinguished Soviet scientist who encounters Maria, a Greek actress, during her brief visit to Moscow. Their reunion after 25 years brings forth a mix of nostalgia and yearning, as Dau seeks to reclaim a sense of harmony that has eluded him in his family life.

As their three days together unfold, Dau's hopes for rekindling lost beauty are challenged by the reality of his marriage. The presence of Nora, Dau's wife, complicates the emotional landscape, adding tension and urgency to their interactions.
