Day of the Dead 2: Contagium

Set in 1968, Day of the Dead 2: Contagium unfolds at the Ravenside Military Hospital in Pennsylvania. An army experiment on a lethal bacteriological weapon spirals out of control, leading to a zombie outbreak. Soldiers are dispatched to contain the infected staff, but chaos ensues when Private DeLuca steals a test tube containing the virus before becoming a zombie himself.

Fast forward to the present, a group of patients at Ravenside Memorial Hospital discovers the abandoned vacuum flask that contains the virus. When one of the patients accidentally opens it, they inadvertently unleash a new wave of infection that affects everyone in the vicinity, including their doctor, Dr. Donwynn. The film's runtime is 103 minutes, providing ample time for horror fans to experience the unfolding terror.
