Der Novembermann

The story follows Hermann, a Protestant pastor, who is left to unravel the mysteries surrounding his wife Lena's death in a bus accident. For ten years, Lena has traveled to Tuscany for four weeks every November, or so her family believed. With her sudden demise raising questions, Hermann embarks on a journey to discover the truth behind her actions and the hidden aspects of her life.

Featuring a strong cast including Götz George, Burghart Klaußner, and Bernadette Heerwagen, the film paints a complex portrait of relationships and secrets. The narrative's tension builds as Hermann grapples with his wife's hidden life, leading him to confront uncomfortable truths.
