Dewa’s Eye

The story centers around Dewa, portrayed by Kenny Austin, who aspires to lead Wijaya High School to become the first DBL champion. Alongside coach Miko, played by Nino Fernandez, Dewa faces various challenges, including a significant personal setback that affects his vision and spirit.

Supporting characters include Bumi, the supporter coordinator, who rallies his friends during games, and Bening, a high school journalist who becomes involved in the team's journey. The film examines Dewa's transformation from arrogance to humility, particularly after a violent incident that leaves him physically and emotionally scarred. Ultimately, a former boxer, played by Ariyo Wahab, steps in to guide Dewa through his struggles, highlighting themes of mentorship and recovery.
