Just when you think he's finally getting some downtime, terrorists are messing with air traffic control—talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The practical effects are quite impressive for 1990, with plenty of explosions and stunts that feel tangible. It’s a blend of tension and humor that feels distinct from the first, showcasing the character's resilience in increasingly outrageous situations.
