Die Jungen von der Paulstraße

The story follows little Nemecsek, who deals with his mother's departure after an affair and the challenges of securing a playground on Paul Street. This playground, a source of joy for the children, is threatened by rival gangs and the construction plans of Janos' ex-wife, Julia.

Nemecsek's determination is bolstered by the support of his friend’s grandmother, Edit, who has a personal connection to the land's owner, Jan. As the plot unfolds, the stakes rise when Boka, the leader of the "Boys of Paul Street," grapples with his father's gambling addiction and a life-threatening duel. The film captures the resilience of youth in the face of adversity and the importance of community.
