DISconnected

The film follows four teenagers in different cities who engage with each other primarily through social networks, texting, and live streaming. They project curated versions of themselves online, seeking validation from their peers while confronting the dangers that come with such exposure. As their virtual and real lives collide during a pivotal night on a live streaming platform, the consequences of their online personas become increasingly apparent.

Filmed using contemporary tools such as a 5D Canon, laptop webcams, and cell phones, DISconnected captures the essence of digital communication in a visually innovative way. The integration of live action and graphics creates an immersive experience that reflects the characters' online existence.
